We're seeking a field based Clinical Renal Nurse Specialist with clinical & operational Dialysis experience within the NHS across Birmingham & the Midlands.

Products: Acute Renal Replacement Therapy

Territory: Birmingham & whole of the Midlands

What does the role involve?
You will be supporting the development of new business and the protection of existing business through the delivery of high quality clinical training and education to end users of our products.

This is a field based role where extensive travel throughout a defined territory will be required. You will be involved in developing and delivering added value clinical training to groups and individuals within the NHS, and providing support to nursing and medical staff on an on-going basis. You will need to have an awareness of competitor products, services and activity, and it is vital that you are able to build and maintain relationships with key customers as identified in Territory Action Plans.
It is essential that you are able to work closely and pro-actively with your Regional Business Manager to ensure all activities are aligned to the Territory Action Plan and overarching strategy for the business.

Responsibilities:

Working alongside the territory manager within the field and offering support if required
Training clinical staff within the hospital environment on the products and overseeing product implementation & the services
Setting up and and running clinical trials when appropriate

Requirementts:
Nurse or clinical background - must have an active pin.
Experience of working in either Haemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis would be an advantage but full training will be provided
Acute experience is essential
A formal teaching and assessing qualification is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Ability to challenge and influence people
High Emotional Intelligence
Resilient
You must hold a valid, full UK driving licence.

Competitive salary 30-35k
Bonus paid quarterly based on individual targets
