The Role Details
Title - Clinical Nurse Specialist - Beds, mattresses and other hospital and nursing care equipment
Working Hours - 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
Location - Single Hospital role - either Newham, Whipps Cross, St Barts, Royal London
Salary - £36,000 plus London Weighting of £2,500, Pension, PHI, Income Protection

As the Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will take responsibility for:
- providing excellent and inspirational clinical leadership and support to the Health Contract Manager and colleagues in the clinical team.
- driving outputs whilst maintaining focus on business objectives and service level agreements
- ensuring you assist with any staff/patient surveys, and collate results for further management discussions.
- developing and collating clinical documentation and research to support the company product portfolio in conjunction with the long term strategy.
- undertaking a range of intermittent audits, monitoring and assessments against workloads, and to relevant quality standards for work carried out by all subordinates

What the company are looking for:
An experienced Nurse Advisor with strong training and support skills
Previous experience of providing training and education on medical beds and therapeutic surfaces would be great
Strong knowledge of pressure care, wound care or similar
