Overall aim of the job
As Clinical Education Specialist you will develop & support execution of targeted education programmes.
This role will work across the various areas to support & deliver Professional Education programmes developed collaboratively with healthcare professionals, technology innovators and our internal teams

Main accountabilities
-To lead, develop and execute both face to face and digital professional education events for all relevant clinicians within the region.
-Working with Key Opinion Leaders and internal stakeholders to build & develop training support tools, achieving standardization throughout the UK in line with current HCP and NHS needs
-Maintain ongoing contact with key clinicians to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in products and therapies by delivering education to customers on key product updates using latest education methodologies,
-Provide specialist support to ensure that all equipment utilised at training sessions can be demonstrated safely & effectively thus supporting our mission of enhancing positive patient outcomes
-Partner with regional colleagues to identify, develop and support clinician training throughout the clinical evaluation process.
-Collate market intelligence, competitor activity & product updates, customer reactions and key strategies and share with business partners.


Profile:
-Experience and knowledge of theatre etiquette and expectations
-Ability to demonstrate confidence within a teaching environment.
-Good knowledge of basic anatomy
-Possess an expert knowledge in the field of healthcare.
-At least 3 years of experience as a qualified HCP or Healthcare training and education role. Prior experience in a commercial role would be advantageous but not essential
