Our scientific team got straight to work after Adam contacted them with the hope of finding a role that would offer him more progression. Just over a year after accepting his new role, we caught up with Adam to see how ihe was getting on.. 

What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role? 

"I was looking for career development, and a chance to work at a bigger company with more scope for progression."

What benefits have you had since securing your role?

"The role has provided significant training and support throughout my first year, including reputable training courses that will go on my CV. It has helped me buy the house we’re now living in, and a new car for my wife who is expecting. It’s fair to say this position has made our lives more secure."

How did you find the recruitment process?

"Very straight forward. All of the required support was available when I needed it. I actually liked having someone in my corner, especially as they had experience dealing with the company before."

How has your work/life balance improved?

"It’s the same really, it wasn’t why I left my previous company."
