Tara had been in her current position for 15 years and was looking for a new challenge. we caught up with Tara to find out how she was getting on in her new role one year in.
What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role?
"I had been in my current position for over 15 years and wanted a new challenge with more sociable hours for a better work/life balance but to continuing to be able to utilise my current skills."
What benefits have you had since securing your role?
"Since securing my new role I have been able to learn other skills such as advanced computer skills, meet lots of new people and gain confidence. In my personal life I have had more time to spend with family and have been less stressed."
How did you find the recruitment process?

How has your work/life balance improved?
"I definitely have an improved work/life balance, I enjoy more social working hours so have more time with my family and have increased support from my new employer."

Any other comments/feedback that you wish to give?
"I was extremely pleased with all the help and support I received during a very daunting job change. A year on and I'm so glad I made the decision to ‘move on’ and haven’t looked back since."
