What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role?

 "I was seeking a new role as my previous role had come to an end.  A new challenge is always welcome and refreshing too."

What benefits have you had since securing your role? 

"I now have a global role which has expanded my experience greatly.  The company offer very many personal benefits too such as private health cover, a great pension and schemes such as cycle to work.  I travel a lot with work and it’s a perfect role for this stage in my career as my children are now adults."

 How did you find the recruitment process?

"Very clear and smooth, communication was always prompt and I was kept informed all the way through."

 How has your work/life balance improved?

"Well, being away from home much more than I was previously, for some this would be seen as a lower work/life balance but for me it brings new challenges, adventure and new experiences.  I get to see more of the world too, sometimes only briefly but travel is very much an advantage to me."
