Lucia was looking for a new role that would allow her skill set to develop. She was looking for a creative role and after working with Holly, she was accepted for a role that fitted her needs and requirements. We caught up with Lucia to see how she's getting on nearly a year into her role....
What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role?
"I was looking for an internationally environment with open minded people and the ability to develop my skill set. Creativity is what I was looking for the most!"
What benefits have you had since securing your role?
"At a personal achievement level, my confidence was boosted; I receive a lot of appreciation at my work place and I have been promoted in less than a year (as an Account Manager, promotion received in June). This is probably the most satisfying aspect.
On a different note, the salary is not sufficient to afford my own place (or to equally split rent with my partner). It covers my monthly necessaries and a modest holiday that allows me to visit my family. "

How has your work/life balance improved?
"I am happier at my work place despite working long hours (this slightly affected my hobby time)"
