Due to health issues Tasha was looking for a more flexible role with career development. After a chat with Account Manager Phil from our Engineering team, Tasha has been in her role for just over a year. We caught up with her to find out how she was getting on.
What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role?
"I had just recently moved from Stockport to Stroud and had a couple of months out due to health issues. I wanted to get a similar role to what I had before with a bit more flexibility that could offer career development.2
What benefits have you had since securing your role?
"A year later and I’m still enjoying it, work life balance is good and I’m not bored. My partner and I have also been able to save a deposit for our first home and hope to move in in the next month or so.2
How did you find the recruitment process?
"I loved the recruitment process. It felt nice having someone else in your corner backing you all the way. My recruiter, Phil, was very supportive but still realistic about the role, allowing me to trust his judgment more as I felt he wasn’t over compensating for anything."
How has your work/life balance improved?
"I have a chronic illness so sometimes it can be rough. I am now based at home and travel to customers. I’m also involved in my scheduling and planning so I can schedule less busy periods with when I’m not feeling as well. This means I can recover quicker and get back to giving my full at work."
How did you find the service provided to you by Zenopa?

I had a practise skype interview with Phil where we refined my answers to specific questions. He also helped me to get across what I wanted to say in the interview in a professional and positive way."
