What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role?

"I was looking for my next challenge with a better commute and an upgrade to the salary. Zenopa found the perfect match for me: a shorter commute, a huge increase in salary, new project opportunities working with a very friendly team at an agency with an excellent record."

What benefits have you had since securing your role? 

"The shorter commute, and a later start of the working day (9.30am), mean I can spend more time with my family in the morning as we all leave the house at the same time; I can also spend more quality time with them in the evening talking about the day, going through the homeworks instead of rushing to get everything done before a reasonable bedtime hour. The increase in salary is obviously a huge benefit as we don’t need to count our pennies so much."

How did you find the recruitment process?

"I found the recruitment process straight forward and flexible. We arranged interviews that fitted around my working and commuting hours, which was a big bonus as the last thing you want is to raise suspicions at your current place of employment."

How has your work/life balance improved?

"It has improved dramatically as I reclaimed 1h30 of my day thanks to a shorter commute. The agency that Zenopa found for me also offers flexible working. As a result, I feel less under pressure and can arrange to work from home at short notice if I need to do the school runs or attend medical appointments, which as a mum and suffering from a chronic condition, can be quite often.

The agency has also developed a lot since I first joined, and I now have access to a plethora of benefits integrated into the wellness world; this means that I can also look after my mental well-being while at work."
