What were you looking for when you were seeking a new role?
I was unhappy with the direction my firm was moving in. Claiming to be customer centric but introducing cost saving changes that actually made the customer experience worse. The company’s reputation was deteriorating and I no longer wanted to be associated with it. I was looking for a similar role in a smaller organization – a company who actually cared about their customers and patients.
What benefits have you had since securing your role?
I now work for company who is innovative, forward thinking and ethical. They care about their customers and employees alike. They invest heavily in training and development and make you feel a valued member of the team – I feel I have grown both personally and professionally as a result. The benefits are better in terms of bonus, holidays & pension so I am better off financially too.
How did you find the recruitment process?
I cannot fault the recruitment process. Zenopa kept me informed every step of the way, and were there to negotiate on my behalf too.
How has your work/life balance improved?
I feel more supported in my role, less stressed, and can actually say I really enjoy my work now! This impacts positively on my home life too.
