The position is a Business Solutions Manager/CRM Manager - this exciting opportunity is a newly created role within the Operational Excellence business unit. With a European remit your expertise will be divided across different therapy areas such as; Oncology and Specialist brands (to name a few)!

Key responsibilities/requirements include:

- Engaging and building strong credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results
- Providing timely functional solutions to common platforms in terms of sharing best practice across EMEA (Veeva)
- Practical ability in data modelling and architecture, as well as associated KPI's and dashboards
- Strong Veeva experience and knowledge
