PRODUCTS: Liquid Handling instrumentation and consumables
TERRITORY: Northern England and Scotland
CUSTOMERS: Research, Academic, Industrial Laboratories

ROLE:
Build and develop market position by developing, negotiating and closing business in key growth accounts. Maintain and develop existing business as well as identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for your designated region.
Develop and seek new business opportunities in the region.
Gather market intelligence and maintain excellent awareness of competitor activity.
Demonstrate the product range to customers, install and provide appropriate customer training.
Organise and attend exhibitions, seminars and conferences.
Ensure that the Customer Relationship Management database is maintained effectively.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Excellent territory management skills, including experience of strategic selling & account management.
At least 2 years' successful field sales experience in academic, pharma and biotech accounts on the defined territory in the UK.
Experience with liquid handling products would be of benefit.
