Role Overview

To ensure business growth within the company & develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income. It is a priority to ensure all existing relationships remain posotive.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:
Account Management in existing accounts, growing sales through new projects and products.
Visiting customers at site on a regular basis.
Meeting sales and profit budgets
Maintain CRM system
Working close with marketing to develop campaigns
Develop and deliver a sales plan that allows efficient management of the UK customer base.
Grow the business with existing customers through building strong relationships.
Supporting Internal Sales team in developing new business within the Life Sciences sector.
Working closely with customers to ensure expected customer service levels are maintained.
Introduce, demonstrate and present the capabilities of the business within existing and new customers.
Identify opportunities for growth in supporting customers investment and expansion plans.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers with the assistance of Internal Technical support and that of our supply partners.


Person Specification

Personal Specification:
Degree educated a preference but not essential
Experience & Skills
Minimum of 5 years sales experience
Experienced in solution sales
Strong understanding of fluid control
Bioprocessing experience would be desirable but not essential.
Able to work autonomously
Commercially astute
Strong relationship builder


Package

Competitive base salary negotiable based on experience
