The primary purpose of this role is to develop Prospects into buying accounts, to grow existing accounts with product mix and to develop sales with new business in allocated region. To ensure that the company strategies and standards in customer service are maintained and developed to maximize efficiency reflecting in further development of business and increased sales through direct contact with the Doctors.

Responsibilities:

- Key Account development with new products (cross selling) and developing prospects to customer through visits, prospecting and exploiting sales leads to their maximum working in conjunction with Sales Management.
- Development of company sales in specified region to maximum levels and the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- To visit Dr's, Orthodontic Clinics, Universities and hospitals personally on a scheduled call cycle of two weeks in four. Establish and maintain contacts by phone on a daily basis following a European Territory plan with existing, potential customers.
- KPI attainment
- Developing new business through personal contacts and exploiting sales leads to their maximum working in conjunction with Sales Management
- Key client attainment and key opinion development
- Engaging in the company education workshops and driving education in own territory and across Spain to raise the brand of TP and products
- To continue to promote and develop the company performance through the enforcement of high standards and efficient customer service covering relevant territory.
- Development of the European Territory plan specific to the territory assigned
- Supervise and co-ordinate efforts of financial information and local competition to sales Management, Marketing Manager as this is available.
- Required to travel to attend orthodontic or dental meetings working closely with sales personnel, marketing and management
- CRM compliance (refer to CRM policy /quota)
- Work in conjunction with Sales/General Manager and assist as required, providing additional support as the business and needs dictate
- Assisting where necessary company credit controller to collect overdue debts from clients necessary due to language requirement.
- To work within an allocated expense budget managed through expensify
- Role modelling TPO values

Person Profile

Essential
- Experience from Medical Devices/Medical Sales/ Dental Sales/Orthodontic Sales, however exceptional sales talent from other industries will be considered
- Hands on approach a must and team player attitude
- High drive, self-motivation and integrity
- Excellent customer service skills
- A clear understanding of the sales process and how to manage every stage
- Proven track record of sales
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively multitask
- Excellent IT skills
- Fluent in Portuguese OR German both written and verbal
- High level of English
- Full clean driving license

Desirable
- Knowledge of orthodontic products/techniques/competition
