Zenopa are partnering with one of their key clients to support the recruitment of a new EETRCIS Business Acquisition Manager to be based in Berkshire.

This role will report to the General Manager for Eastern Europe, Turkey, Russia, CIS (EETRCIS) Commercial Operations in Infectious Disease Emerging Markets (IDEM) division.
The primary role is to drive commercial and strategic business plan that will provide new business opportunities and result in increase in market share, high volume and efficiency for EETRCIS region.
This role will lead the strategy, planning and execution on a regional level of several key strategic and tactical business opportunities initiatives.
Responsibilities including: Customer excellence, go-to market strategies, sales planning, market & competitive intelligence.
· Contributing to sales and marketing strategic decisions and playing a critical role in designing and monitoring commercial approach
· Lead the most critical, complex difficult meetings and negotiations with potential client and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the business unit's interest.
· Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of directors and managers to achieve established sales and business development opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of the following areas: Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, and/or related field.
· Proven track record of success implementing business generating value of > $ 25MM/y of revenues in at least one country, ideally with new solutions/initiatives.
· Over 10 years of commercial/sales experience
· Strong strategic thinking with ability to organize ideas into clear framework and action plan and ability to communicate to top leadership
· Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute partnership opportunities
· Strong people skills and ability to navigate in a cross functional matrix
· Experience in remote management of teams in a global setting, especially in emerging markets
· Must be able to travel 60-80%
