Brand Manager
I am currently recruiting for a Brand Manager for a global healthcare company based in Surrey. The successful candidate will lead the brand management responsibilities of an established prescribed dental product.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead development, approval and implementation marketing brand plans to deliver annual budgeted net sales and share growth
- Manages development and regional adaptation of communication material bundles and coordinate internal approvals
- Collaborates with EU Marketing to influence and support development of EU master communication materials
- Partners with cross-functional team to inform accurate forecasting and case fill
- Partner with Scientific Affairs to liaise with influential key thought leaders, mid-level influencers and associations to build advocacy for the brand.
- Works closely with Insights to ensure that materials developed are based on professional insights and are validated before implementation
- Actively work with the Brand Teams to gives input into consumer NPD or GTM teams
- Engages, briefs and monitors agencies within company network
- Manages professional marketing A&P budget for brand following key processes and systems
- Support product training for the field team
- Ensure 100% compliance with Pharmacovigilance procedures and reporting of adverse events in line with procedures

Person specification:
- Degree - essential
- Prior brand management experience within healthcare (dental, medical, pharmaceutical) - essential
- Field experience - desirable
