Role Overview

This is primarily a support role to the Sales and Marketing teams. The Acute Care Application Specialist (ACAS) will work in conjunction with the Application Specialist Manager to develop and enhance the functional role of the Sales and Marketing teams. The role is primarily field based
but will require time spent in the office as tasks require, under the direction of the Acute Care Application Specialist Manage

Role Requirements

– Responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction within the designated installed base.
– Will perform installation, validation and training on analysers.
– Provides on-going clinical support, customer education and consults with customers regarding matters of regulatory
requirements and compliance.

Person Specifications

BSc in Science or Business or related field or a minimum of 3 years business or related
experience.
Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and other corporate tools

Skills & Capabilities:
– Excellent communication skills
– Good technical skills
– Customer focus
– Ability to learn & understand required scientific/clinical information relating to Acute Care device portfolio

Travel requirements:
As required within the UK to fulfil the role. Approximately 80 % of time
