We have a great opportunity for a technically minded biotechnology specialist to join our company. If you are interested in helping clients to resolve technical issues, improve their processes and use our products in the best way, then this is a job for you. You will already be familiar with upstream technologies with a focus on fermentation/cell culture bioreactors.

You will be working from home, within commutable distance from London, Oxford or Cambridge.

Job Responsibilities:
- Offering product expertise, application knowledge and technical support in the relevant business area
- Preparing and conducting presentations, demonstrations and training to the customers and to Account Managers
- Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Support team on different accounts, supporting the sales force in existing applications and implementation of products
- Providing feedback internally on market requirements
- Participating in launching new products

Person Profile

Requirements:
- Degree in life sciences or equivalent is necessary; masters or PhD are beneficial
- Some experience in providing technical support to customers in relevant product range
- Knowledge of upstream bioprocesses
- Experience in developing and troubleshooting bioreactor processes
- Some experience in training others on using bioreactors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexible attitude, practical and committed to delivering results
- Capable of working independently and as a part of a team
- Able to work with people internationally
