In this role you will be working with:
PRODUCTS: In-vitro diagnostics products, reagents and instrumentation used in microbiology, haematology, point of care, immunology and biochemistry laboratories.
CUSTOMERS: Clinical and Research Laboratories
TERRITORY: M62 Corridor (key areas include Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield)
The role is field-based, with around 80% travel to customer sites across the region, with around 1 day per week working from home.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain existing customer relationships
· Develop and expand on new business opportunities
· Assist with instrument demonstrations for customers.
· Attendance at industry networking events, conferences and exhibitions
· Maintain excellent knowledge of the market, competitor activity and market developments.
Person Specification:
· Science degree
· Post-degree laboratory experience in a clinical setting is preferable
· Experience selling into the NHS/life science markets is preferable
