ROLE/PRODUCTS: Endoscopy disinfectant equipment

CLIENTS: The main areas of business are NHS Trust and private Hospitals for the sale of washer disinfectors, endoscope drying/storage cabinets and chemicals in Endoscopy and ENT Departments.

• Achieve agreed machine sales & consumables
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with the objective to increase the install base
• Development & maintenance of sales pipeline via the Sales Portal
• Development of alternative purchasing options i.e. “pay per use models”
• Maintain information for region:
o Install base
o Contacts list
o Competitor install base
• Compile and submit meeting reports in an acceptable timeframe
• Support new installations at ‘Go Live’
• Deliver informal user training, including Process Manager
• Prepare and present tailored presentations to prospective new accounts
• Maintain & build relationships with Health Care Professionals, KDM’s & AEd’s
• Promote and develop sales for non capital products (Endocart / Endofender / Chemistry)
• Provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Manager
• Attend regional & national conferences as required

• Capital sales experience – essential
• Medical sales – desirable but not essential
• Relationship building/interpersonal skills – essential
• Knowledge of the NHS structure – desirable but not essential
