Zenopa are recruiting on behalf of a leading full service creative healthcare agency who are looking to hire an Account Manager to join their team in the heart of London.

This is a great opportunity to join an established agency where you can take responsibility for your accounts and take ownership of projects. You will be working on a range of OTC, prescription and consumer brand accounts.

They like candidates who are strong and passionate about strategy as this forms a large part of each of their roles.

Key responsibilities include:
- To identify and establish the clients key issues and needs
- Effectively manage client expectations and to also educate client on agency processes
- To coordinate in house team performance to achieve schedules
- To write creative briefs that are well thought through and appropriate
- Assess creative work against brief and give rational objective feedback
- To inform clients of all costs at every stage

Key skills and experienced required:
- Prior experience from a healthcare communications/medical communications agency within a client services role
