Clinical Diagnostic Automation - Senior Account Manager level role
TERRITORY: West Midlands
CLIENTS: Hospitals and Private Clinical Laborartories

The successful recruit is responsible for managing and expanding existing customer accounts, developing key strategic customer relationships and improving profitability of accounts. This role also involves providing ongoing training and coaching to customers and overseeing the implementation/post-sale of automation in key accounts.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the diagnostic industry working within sales or a technical support/application specialist role.
Experience managing and expanding existing accounts and working on managed service contracts is preferred.
