Our client, the new standard of dental and orthodontic care is looking for an energetic, motivated and high performing account executive, who is looking to make a difference in the orthodontics and dental world in Germany.

We aim to be the full end to end artificial intelligence virtual practice platform for dentistry.

DM currently has an exciting employment opportunity, and we are looking for a strong, talented and driven individual to join our growing team and business in your region. The position will be ideally situated in a major city, with easy connections to the territories, and to the head office in Paris, the AI capital of the world. The successful candidate will report directly to the regional sales manager and will be primarily responsible for growing the territory through selling the full suite of DMs solutions & executing a strategic plan to exceed sales targets, creating long lasting customer and KOL relationships and maximising the untold potential of this ground-breaking company and its AI solutions/products.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling complex solutions in a consultative way. Experience in the orthodontic or dental field would be a big bonus. They will also understand the importance of engaging with all the key staff members, from the doctor to the practice manager to the treatment coordinators and nursing staff. The successful candidate will report directly to the sales manager Spain. This position is crucial to the success in Germany through working closely with the team of implementation specialists, customer success, inside sales and marketing in order to meet the territory and country strategic plans and exceed sales targets. Key to this role is understanding the pains and challenges of the customers business, driving every practice to be fully self-sufficient in all of the software solutions and using in all patients. This will require a strong focused mindset with an ability to convince customers to change their way of thinking and the workflow in their practice.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Understanding the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow
- Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues
- Segmentation of the given territory to identify the key opportunities to drive strong sales growth in new business, and reaching the full potential in all current customer base
- Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives
- Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers
- Attend trade shows, both local and international
- Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs and bring new and innovative ways to drive peer to peer endorsement
- Work in, and communicate in, a multifunctional team
- Feedback to management team on market trends and competition
- Full use of CRM to report activity
