BOOM! has its HQ in Bournemouth UK, with offices in London Southbank and Copenhagen, and remote
staff based in the M25 area. We embrace technology to support our services and this means that whilst
client travel will be a normal, expected part of the role, you wont be expected to work from the office
every day. Ideally we are looking for someone to work from the London office 2-3 days a week, working
the rest of the week remotely if you wish. This allows closer working with the junior members of the team,
helping to upskill them through sharing your experience

Role Overview

We are searching for an exceptional, ambitious healthcare client services professional who is working on
their experience and skills every day. A natural and dynamic problem solver who will be responsible for
working with the team, to lead projects across multiple client accounts and developing these relationships.
You will be responsible for the leading the day-to-day management of all projects from commencement
to completion within the client accounts to which they are assigned. The ideal candidate would be proven
at delivering medical educational, creative, digital projects and campaigns ideally at senior account
manager level or above. The candidate will be mature and experienced within the healthcare agency

Key Duties and Responsibilities

ullet A pivotal role in the agency team delivering educational and promotional campaigns for our clients.
A partner and champion of clients and internal colleagues, never a passenger!
ullet Lead the day-to-day relationship with clients and proactively develop opportunities for clients
and the agency
ullet To think beyond discipline and channel to truly recommend what is right for the brand
ullet Ownership of discrete accounts and projects under the guidance of the Head of Client Services,
write and translate briefs into action, monitor progress and ensure delivery of desired results
ullet To be able to recognise when to bring in the senior members of the team for strategic and
creative support to keep the accounts healthy and drive organic new business
ullet Proactively drive organic growth on the existing accounts and to work on new business pitches
as required
ullet Understand clients business sectors and closely monitor competitors
ullet Provide recommendations to optimise campaigns based on analysis of performance

Person Specification

Experience and skills
ullet Experience in a healthcare agency delivering multi-channel communication solutions. Experience
in Healthcare (POM) essential
ullet Ideally to have at least four years in a communications agency and at least a year as an SAM
ullet A creative and analytical mind, with a proven ability to interpret large amounts of information
ullet Proactive and highly organised, with excellent project management skills and a proven ability to
ullet Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
ullet Experience with pharma approval software systems desired (VEEVA)
ullet Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
ullet High level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and
maintain customer relationships
ullet Professional Having the ability to communicate with clients, KOLs and colleagues alike

which is 2% contribution by the employee and 3% by the employer

Bournemouth but also offices in Copenhagen and now on the South Bank in London
ullet There is an expectation to attend client meetings as required. To be clear the majority of the work
can be conducted from home, but ideally you will be able to work from the London office a couple
of days a week. The company will equip you with the IT equipment to be successful
ullet Additional face to face meetings may be required from time to time
ullet Daily organisation
ullet We tend to start our days with an 8-45am Teams call, which is a mix of catch up and
alignment for the day. We think its important to get a connection to the team and so we
broadly take the time to relax into the day with focus
ullet We dont finish at a specific time on any day. We try to finish a little early on Fridays where
ullet As with most/ all elements at BOOM! we win together, we lose together. Most importantly
