Opportunity to work as an Account Director for a renowned digital and creative medical communications agency that is growing rapidly. The company is proud to help their clients by creating and sharing engaging, promotional and educational content with the healthcare and patient communities.
Following a period of sustainable growth, they are looking to expand their client services team with a talented and motivated Account Director, to lead a team of AM's and AE's.
You would be responsible for building relationships with newly acquired clients and lead the delivery of projects across marketing and medical education. They're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, that has a proven track record of successfully motivating and coaching teams to do their best.
They're based in London, although currently the work is remote due to the pandemic, but they would like someone who can be based in the office at least 3 days a week. This may change depending on employee's preferences.
For this role you will need to have at least 1 years' experience within a med comms agency as an Account Director and a minimum of 5 years working in med comms, and experience in managing digital promotional and medical education campaigns.
