Remote/ Home working OR Relocation role - Account Director

This role would be working for the International Hub in Europe which mainly works on big Global or Regional campaigns.

The company is by no means a health specialist however they have a small health (mainly Health PR and comms) offering and they have seen some great growth in this over the past few months and years so it's becoming a more prominent and exciting part of the business. As this footprint grows they are looking to grow this health team into other areas including the Pharma and Med comms areas having mainly done Consumer and disease awareness work so far.

The person they are looking for is at around an Account Director level. (maybe a strong SAM, maybe someone more senior). They need someone strong on the HCP management and Medical Communications and someone who understands the events, KOL development and digital side of things. They don't need the person to have Medical writing skills but someone who understands the challenges and opportunities within a med comms team and the different channels, audiences and outreach approaches and strategies to take within the space.

Desirables and plans moving forward:
-/ Preferably someone with account and team leadership (be a strategic lead, take the lead on client projects)
-/ Moving forward, someone who wants to be accountable for team and business growth.
-/ Someone who has preferably worked on Metabolism/ diabetes projects within a Medical Education team.
