Role Overview

The Account Director for this role needs to set the agenda for their clients, partners and the internal cross-department team, and relish the responsibility of proactively making it happen.

As a junior leader in the agency, the candidate will need to bring energy, enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and fun to everything they do, leading by example through an infectious approach to working together and getting the job done!


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Shaping the project to ensure it is set up for success.
Working alongside stretegist to create the breif.
Partnering with the creative team to support the creative development.
Partnering with the production manager to support the production phase.
Leading the commercials of their account, monitoring and anticipating issues and proactively taking action to prevent them.
Evaluating the account performance to implement learnings.

Person Specification

- Must have a love for the creative process, its output and the value it can offer to making
communications effective
- Needs a strong understanding of strategy and production best practices, from initial ideas through to execution
- Must have brilliant organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail across all
communications and documentation
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoying managing multiple/overlapping tasks
- Proactively resolves issues and improves processes
- A confident team player with excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Radiates energy, enthusiasm and an infectious approach to collaboration, with an ability to
maintain professional at all times, especially under pressure
- Eager to coach and develop junior team members with the value of their experience on the right way of doing things
- Wants to make a difference with their contribution by working hard and having fun whilst doing it
- 2:1 degree in a scientific based subject is preferable
