An exciting opportunity to be part of a leading recruitment organisation. Specialist to the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Scientific industries, you will be recruiting Sales & Marketing personnel from graduate/ entry level through to senior management.

The role
The role is based from Zenopa's office in Penn, Buckinghamshire (HP10 8EG). You will managing your own accounts and client base, and will be working towards your own targets. The role is very team focused, and you will be expected to help your colleagues out when necessary.

Training / Support Available
- Quarterly: Business review with line manager
- Annual: Appraisal / development plan review Ongoing: Access to internal coaching and external training, in line with our company mission statement.

The role will also involve
- Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone
- Attending exhibitions and industry events
- Regularly attending client meetings and business pitches.
- Telephone contact to maintain/establish contact, network, gain market information and vacancies.
- Support functions Candidate Consulting
- Assisting colleagues as necessary in candidate communication to achieve the business

Job Package

Basic Salary: £22,000

Excellent bonus scheme
25 days Holiday rising to 30 days after 2 years service, 35 days after 5 years service and 40 days after 10 years service (plus bank holidays)
£25 gym membership monthly contribution
Matched pension contribution up to 7.5% of basic
Free parking

Person Profile

Graduate 2:1 or above

Entry level position for a recent graduate.

We are looking for high calibre gradutes to join our 3 year structured graduate training programme from November 2020.

The most important requirement is attitude. We really do seek a 'can do' individual, someone who will genuinely put the effort in and deliver to the client regardless of how long it takes.

Candidates must live within 40 minutes travelling time of the office in Penn, Buckinghamshire
