Agilent Technologies has described its new oscilloscope probe positioners as quick and stable.
The N278xA series helps users to make measurements on PC boards and anything else that needs to be probed hands-free.
Low-cost and easy to operate, the N2786A is good for general-purpose applications and has no controls needed to put it in place.
The N2787A 3D probe positioned comes with an articulating flexible arm for various configurations, while the N2784A one-arm and N2785A two-arm positioners do not need multiple adjustments.
Agilent Technologies added: "The weight stabilisation technique used in the probe holder keeps constant pressure at the probing point, so the probe tip stays in position even when the target board is bumped."
Earlier this week, the company announced the expansion of its USB 2.0 and 3.0 test solution portfolio.
The range now includes the result of collaboration with Ellisys - an integrated USB 3.0 protocol analysis solution.
