Dechra wins award for endocrinology exhibition at London Vet Show
Dechra has been handed an award for a recent interactive exhibition it hosted to showcase the treatments and support it offers for endocrinology-related diseases.
The company earned an award for best large stand for the exhibition, which was held at the recent London Vet Show and gave the company an opportunity to speak to delegates about the different therapies it produces.
These included Zycortal, the only European-licensed treatment for dogs with primary hypoadrenocorticism, as well as the canine hyperadrenocorticism Vetoryl, the feline hyperthyroidism drug Felimazole and its canine equivalent Thyforon.
Craig Sankey, brand manager at Dechra, said: "We know that diagnosing and treating these conditions in animals can be complex, so we wanted to illustrate to delegates the range of treatments and resources that we have available."
The London Vet Show is organised in association with the Royal Veterinary College and the British Veterinary Association and is the largest event of its kind in Europe, with more than 450 exhibitors and thousands of visitors involved in the two-day event.
