PAN appoints associate director and head of art

PAN has announced the appointment of Jan Reiss and Rafe Burchell to new positions within its senior team.

Ms Reiss, who has been travelling for the past year, will take up the role of associate director, a position that will leverage her experience of working as a senior account director at both DDB Remedy and Langland Advertising, reports Pharmafile.

Meanwhile, Mr Burchell has been promoted to the position of head of art having joined PAN in April 2012, with his new role set to see him deputising for creative director Arron O'Hare.

PAN managing director Jon Linscott noted that Ms Reiss has "a wealth of experience and joins us at an exciting time in the agency's development", while Mr O'Hare praised Mr Burchell for his "passion for advertising and his desire to produce great creative".

This comes after the agency announced the appointment of Parrus Doshi – another former employee of DDB Remedy and Langland Advertising – as its new junior planner earlier this year.
