Ivoclar Vivadent products earn packaging design award

Ivoclar Vivadent has been presented with a prestigious 2013 iF Packaging Design Award for the user-friendliness of one of its key product ranges.

The company earned the accolade for an assortment of products that includes the universal composite Tetric EvoCeram, the posterior composite Tetric EvoCeram Bulk Fill and IPS Empress Direct composite for anterior and posterior restorations, as well as the Fluor Protector fluoride varnish and AdheSE One F adhesive.

In addition to their ease of use, the range received praise for the ergonomic shape, moulded grips and eye-catching green rings that were common elements of each of the designs.

According to Ivoclar Vivadent, these traits ensure the products can be used "as intuitively and precisely as required for dental tools".

The iF Design Award is presented annually and represents one of the most high-profile award schemes honouring excellence in design globally.

It marks another positive recent development for Ivoclar Vivadent, which reported last month that it achieved a four percent year-on-year increase in global sales revenues last year.
