Sirona launches simplified Teneo EasyMode treatment centre

Sirona Dental Systems has announced the launch of new EasyMode functionality for its award-winning Teneo treatment centre.
The new innovation, unveiled at the Fachdental Leipzig trade show, allows dental professionals to use simple touchscreen controls to skip straight to their desired setting, without the need to navigate the menus.
This is achieved without compromising any of the functionality of the Teneo system, making ideal for beginner users and those who are more used to working with technology from other manufacturers.
Sirona will present Teneo EasyMode at dental trade shows throughout the autumn and will commence the rollout of the product in October 2012.
Susanne Schmidinger, head of treatment centre marketing at Sirona, said: "With the Teneo EasyMode we give the practitioner the option to use a premium unit with the tactile comfort of a touchscreen so he can concentrate fully on the treatment."
Last month, the company launched Cerec Omnicam CAD/CAM, a continuous colour 3D imaging system for the dental sector.
