Publicis creates new digital agency Razorfish Healthware
Publicis Healthcare Communications has announced the launch of Razorfish Healthware, a new digital-focused agency offering world-class marketing skills and leadership.
The new business unit has been created through the merger of Razorfish Health and Publicis Healthware International and will provide a range of innovative digital solutions, courtesy of its team of more than 300 employees worldwide.
It will emphasise creating brand experiences through the use of technology such as web and mobile solutions, e-detailing and customer relationship management, with the aim of improving communication in the health and wellness sector.
The agency's client base will consist of global pharmaceutical and medical businesses that require decisive and innovative thinking to help them capitalise on the emergence of new forms of media.
New Razorfish Healthware operations head Roberto Ascione said: "The combination of these two companies into a single offering allows us to leverage our talents and mobilise more quickly with the best solutions to help our clients to fully embrace their digital transformation."
