Norbrook Laboratories and Bayer Healthcare agree EU partnership

Norbrook Laboratories has agreed a deal with Bayer HealthCare that will give Bayer exclusive rights to distribute Norbrook products in certain European nations.
The agreement will cover food animal and companion animal products in the segments of parasiticides, anti-infectives and pharmacologicals, with the agreement set to apply to both France and Germany.
All of the products in question are developed, registered and manufactured by Norbrook and will be sold under the UK-based company's label and trade name.
This deal will allow Bayer to expand its product range with complementary offerings, while also bolstering Norbrook's standing as an international brand.
Dirk Ehle, head of Bayer HealthCare's animal health division, said: "We see the agreement as highly beneficial for both Norbrook and Bayer Animal Health."
In June, Norbrook expanded its product range with the launch of Calcitrace D3, a new long-acting cattle bolus that can help reduce the risk posed by milk fever.
