Ivoclar Vivadent has made its flowable composite product Tetric EvoFlow available via the Luer-Lock syringe.
The composite, which is the top-selling product of its kind in Europe, is being introduced for the ergonomic syringe alongside a 0.9-mm metal tip and three additional shades.
Precision application can be carried out using this new tip, which is ideal for placing minimally invasive restorations in small and hard-to-reach cavities, as well as being easy to attach to the syringe.
Meanwhile, the new B1, A2 Dentin and B2 Dentin shades will complement the existing range offering lifelike opacity to mask slight discolouration in the posterior region.
A statement from the company added: "Tetric EvoFlow can be ideally combined with other composites, such as Tetric EvoCeram and Tetric EvoCeram Bulk Fill, and can also be applied as the first layer under all composites with the usual viscosity."
In May 2012, Ivoclar Vivadent was presented with a red dot design award and an iF product design award for its acclaimed Bluephase Style LED curing light.
