Protexin has announced the three winners of its Equine Premium Bursary scheme.
The company, which specialises in research-based products for animals and humans, has awarded bursaries to Zara Bassett of Saxon Dressage Group, Stacie Harrison of West Devon Riding Club and Pippa Card of Bath Riding Club.
Having learned of their success, the recipients can now use the money to fund their training or to arrange a lesson with one of the top international riders.
"We are thrilled to offer the three applicants the bursary to help their development which will be presented to them in the next month," Protexin said in a statement.
The news comes just a matter of weeks after the company unveiled the winner of its competition at the 2012 British Small Animal Veterinary Association/World Small Animal Veterinary Association Congress.
Sophie Broughton, a veterinary surgeon from the Lady Dane Veterinary Centre in Faversham, picked up £500 of holiday vouchers for her win.
