SCA appoints new vice-president of communications

SCA has announced that Josephine Edwall-Bjorklund has been appointed the company's new vice-president for corporate communications at Ericsson Global Services.
Having held leading positions within the communications industry since 1998, Ms Edwall-Bjorklund brings a wealth of experience to the role.
In her new position she will report directly to president and chief executive officer of SCA Jan Johansson and will be head of corporate communications for staff, as well as taking her place as a member of the firm's corporate senior management team.
"Josephine Edwall-Bjorklund has a broad background in internal and external communications including branding and M&A, which will be of great value for SCA," Mr Johansson commented.
Ms Edwall-Bjorklund has worked for Ericsson since 1991 and will now take on her new role from September 15th.
SCA specialises in three business areas - wound care, tissue manufacture and forestry products. It was recently listed among Fortune's World's Most Admired Companies list for 2012.
