Knowlton bolsters energy and industrials team

11 July 2012 14:04 in Marketing Services

Hill & Knowlton has announced the appointment of Bryan Johnston to its energy and industrials team.

Mr Johnston, who joins the company from Bell Pottinger Public Affairs, will report to Hill & Knowlton's head of energy and industrials Simon Whitehead.

He has experience in corporate communications and public affairs across a wide array of sectors, from energy and environment to infrastructure and transport.

During his time at Bell Pottinger, Mr Johnston worked on brand strategy for BT, Emirates, National Grid and a host of other big-name clients.

In the run-up to the 2010 general election, he gained experience in politics by working as a campaign aide for Emily Thornberry MP.

Mr Whitehead commented: "Bryan's expertise in the energy and logistics sector alongside his public affairs experience will add a fantastic dimension to our growing team."

The appointment comes in the same week that Hill & Knowlton announced the addition of former Green Alliance media and communications manager Edward Robinson to its energy and industrials team.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801405155-ADNFCR
