College Hill appoints Tom Batchelar to corporate practice

College Hill has announced the appointment of Tom Batchelar to its corporate practice from the start of August.
Mr Batchelar, a former director at Brunswick, will report to new managing director Tim Fallon when he joins College Hill as a partner.
Before his time at Brunswick, he worked as a broadcast journalist, notching up ten years of experience as a TV business news producer with Bloomberg before moving to the BBC.
Mr Batchelar has helped create and implement corporate reputation programmes for a host of big-name companies, including Thomson Reuters, National Grid and Sita UK.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Batchelar said: "I'm especially pleased to be part of such a talented team with real aspirations to take College Hill to the next level, confirming its position as a top-tier international communications consultancy."
Earlier this year, College Hill picked up two Silver Awards in the Best M&A/Financial Transaction and Best Management of Corporate and Financial Media Relations categories at the 2012 Communicate Magazine Awards.
