Simplyhealth launches new customer service blog
Simplyhealth has announced the launch of the Simply Blog, providing its customers with regular updates and information on the company.
Written by Simplyhealth's customer services and brand teams, it represents the dental and health insurer's first ever blog, providing a comments section and links to the social media channels Twitter and Facebook.
According to Clare Lee, head of brand and digital marketing at Simplyhealth, the blog has been launched in response to requests from customers for more regular communications and greater insight into its operations.
She added: "We believe in taking the time to bother about people and their healthcare journey. Our blog will enable us to engage and have conversations with our community of nearly four million customers."
This comes after the company was recently named as one of the top 100 social brands of 2012 by a panel of industry experts, thanks to the quality of its engagement with consumers through these new online channels.
