Bedfont Scientific to represent UK at European Business Awards

Bedfont Scientific has been selected to represent the UK as a national finalist at the forthcoming 2012/13 European Business Awards.

The company has been chosen as one of 50 national finalists and will now be competing for national champion status in the next round of the competition, with final category winners to be announced in April 2013.

Nomination for this accolade demonstrates Bedfont's success in achieving high standards of innovation, business excellence and sustainability, as assessed by a panel of industry expert judges.

The awards are designed to raise awareness of the best-performing companies in Europe, with the 2011 edition showcasing businesses that contributed 8.23 percent of the EU's GDP between them.

This comes in the same month that the company agreed to acquire Logan Research, a move that will expand its expertise in the breath analysis field.
