B. Braun supports charities with equipment offering

28th May 2012

B. Braun Medical has donated vital medical equipment to two international charities to help improve the living standards of some of the poorest people in the world.

The company has provided surgical and medical equipment to both Facing Africa and Mercy Ships UK, including a nerve stimulator to help in the treatment of noma – a prevalent disease in Africa, which leads to facial tissue destruction.

Michael Cullen, sales and marketing manager at B. Braun Medical, said: "As a global company, we are dedicated to ensuring people have the best possible level of healthcare."

He added that the company is "delighted" to have pledged its support to two worthy charities, both of which work tirelessly to improve the standard of healthcare for the most vulnerable people across the globe – an ethos which B. Braun strongly believes in.

The company is headquartered in Sheffield, providing an extensive portfolio of IV injectibles and other healthcare equipment to its clients.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801372863-ADNFCR
