Porter Novelli named best multinational consultancy to work for

Porter Novelli has been named the best multinational consultancy to work for in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa region in a new report.

Industry publication the Holmes Report presented Porter Novelli with this accolade for the second consecutive year at its annual Best Consultancy to Work For awards, with a record 84 firms participating this year.

Employees from the agency offered strong endorsements of the company's "warm and collaborative" culture, its "honest and transparent" management and its "strong ethics".

Among the benefits provided to staff are flexible working options, professional development and exchange programmes and various training initiatives, as well as team-building trips and summer activities.

Porter Novelli also won praise for its Give Something Back corporate social responsibility initiative, which allows employees to give up a half-day of work to volunteer for charities.

This comes in the same month that the agency won three prizes at the North American SABRE Awards, also presented by the Holmes Group to honour achievements in branding and reputation.
