Agilent Technologies launches branded YouTube network
Agilent Technologies has announced the launch of a branded network on YouTube as it seeks to improve its corporate profile.
The new network features four channels – Agilent Main, Chemical Analysis, Life Sciences and Test and Measurement – which will showcase video content covering all three of Agilent's business groups.
Visitors will be able to view product and application videos, while being engaged in greater depth by a selection of featured content and social media links, as well as promotional offers.
The network will also provide links through to Agilent's homepage, thus helping to unify the company's online marketing activities.
Steve Butler, Agilent's corporate identity manager, said: "Statistics indicate that YouTube is the second-largest search engine and has more than three billion views a day on the site. Online videos provide an immediate and engaging way to deliver informative content."
