Sirona announces revamped online marketing strategy

Sirona has announced a number of initiatives designed to capitalise on the marketing and consumer engagement potential provided by online media.
The dental technology provider has introduced a revamped corporate website with a new visual design and expanded content, as well as more intuitive navigation to minimise the number of clicks needed to find relevant pages.
Information on products, services and other offerings will all be easily accessible through the new-look online portal.
In addition, Sirona has outlined plans to increase its social media presence via intensified Facebook, Twitter and YouTube activity, allowing it to reach customers in a variety of ways.
Dr Jurgen Serafin, vice-president for corporate marketing at Sirona, said: "Digital social networks have facilitated something which those of us from marketing and sales could only dream of just a few years ago: direct dialogue with users, interested dentists, dental technicians, trade partners and patients."
Earlier this year, the company announced the introduction of a new DVD guide for its SIROLaser Advance and SIROLaser Xtend products, with the aim of improving their user-friendliness.
