Huntsworth reports further growth in 2011
Huntsworth has reported its preliminary financial results for the 2011 business year, highlighting a 1.5 percent annual growth in revenues.
The media group generated 176.3 million pounds in revenue for the 12 months ending on December 31st 2011, with global and multi-office mandates now representing
48 percent of its revenue total.
Its Grayling division accounted for 49.6 percent of the overall total, followed by Huntsworth Health with 28.1 percent, while strong performance in the first three quarters helped to offset more difficult conditions in Q4.
In 2012, Huntsworth expects improvements in profitability that will be sustained across the whole year, driven by the strength of its business pipelines.
Peter Chadlington, chief executive of Huntsworth, said: "Management has taken action to reduce the cost base across the group, as well as make it more flexible and better able to match clients' requirements and spending patterns."
Huntsworth currently operates from 72 principal offices in 31 countries, with other leading consultancy brands including Citigate and Red.
