Dr Foster Intelligence appoints Journalista to strengthen branding

21st March 2012

Dr Foster Intelligence has handed media agency Journalista a media and public affairs brief as it seeks to strengthen its branding and profile.

The healthcare information solutions provider is aiming to improve its UK standing as it prepares for the launch of a number of international projects later this year, reports PRWeek.

Journalista has been tasked with forming stronger relationships with policymakers, ministers and GP commissioners, while lobbying for changes to NHS operations with reference to Dr Foster Intelligence reports.

It will also run Dr Foster's day-to-day press office operations, with Journalista founding director Holly Sutton reporting to Dr Foster Intelligence director of research Roger Taylor.

Ms Sutton said: "We will focus on brand awareness, thought leadership and helping Dr Foster Intelligence's work, such as its 'present on admission' campaign."

Earlier this year, the organisation wrote to health secretary Andrew Lansley to call for a present on admission flagging system to be introduced to NHS medical records.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801322985-ADNFCR
