Norbrook Laboratories to sponsor Borderway UK Dairy Expo

Norbrook Laboratories has announced that it will be among the main sponsors of the forthcoming Borderway UK Dairy Expo.

Taking place at Borderway Mart in Carlisle on March 2nd and 3rd, the event will provide the animal health company with an opportunity to showcase its intramammary offerings, turnout treatments and calving products.

Norbrook experts will be on hand to provide attendees with guidance on issues such as rehydration therapy and vitamin and mineral usage.

The firm will also offer sponsorship for the International Dairy Youth Championship, which takes place during the UK Dairy Expo and will provide junior exhibitors with a platform to display their cattle handling and showing techniques.

Mr Bob Ferguson, marketing general manager for Norbrook Laboratories, said: "Norbrook is committed to supporting young people in developing their education and skills to ensure that they are adequately prepared for a future career in farming and agriculture."

This week, the company announced that it will also be supporting the Northern Irish Sheep Shearing and Wool Handling teams at the forthcoming 2012 Golden Shears World Championships in New Zealand.
