Hill and Knowlton renamed as Hill and Knowlton Strategies

6th December 2011

Hill and Knowlton has announced that it will be changing its name to Hill and Knowlton Strategies as part of a shift in corporate identity.

The media agency took on the new name as of December 1st 2011, reflecting its renewed emphasis on providing strategic communications advice to ensure clients are able to meet their business goals.

According to the organisation's chairman and chief executive officer Jack Martin, the company is realigning its focus in order to accommodate changes in the business climate brought about by the rising "democratisation" of data.

"The new brand points to a shifting market for our clients, one with an explosion of information and a revolution in the ability of almost everyone to find that information," he explained.

Hill and Knowlton Strategies traces its roots back to 1927 and now has 85 offices in 46 countries around the world.

Earlier this year, it was presented with a Silver PR Lion award at the 2011 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, honouring the Understanding Multiple Sclerosis campaign conducted on behalf of Gedeon Richter.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801231207-ADNFCR
